FIRST, EXTRACT THE COMPRESSED FILE!
IF MISSING RTP, GO HERE https://www.rpgmakerweb.com//run-time-package and download the RPG Maker XP RTP
Just click on the AMO application and select your output. The RTP should download into your system and so will the game files
